Description of Area: Bashley Park provides an excellent base for many activities and places of interest to visit. There is horse riding, walking, cycling, surfing, sailing, fishing, theme parks, National Trust. Excellent shopping, theatre and nightlife in Bournemouth. Historic Christchurch, Beauleau Motor museum or a day trip from Lymington to the Isle of Wight. The forest with its rugged open heathland and dense forests provides a wonderful habitat for all kinds of wildlife, including the famous New Forest ponies.The New Forest is steeped in history from William the Conquoror who used the Forest as his hunting ground for deer to smugglers in the 17th century who took their contraband from the local coastline through the Forest under cover of darkness with the aid of a few locals.
Description of caravan hire: Our static caravans are located on the British Tourist Board award winning site at Hoburne Bashley nestled on the edge of the beautiful and historic New Forest.
Set in 100 acres of peaceful woodland it provides either a quiet or activity holiday for all ages. Each caravan has 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 persons. Accommodation comprises, 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms, lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room and 1 or 2 WCs, sun decks with table and chairs, loungers and BBQ. Fully heated, spotlessly clean, warm, homely, comfortable and roomy, well equipped and immaculately presented to a high standard.
We have some caravans specially reserved for persons who wish to bring their dog.We are open from February through to the next New Year for whole week and short breaks. There are many special offers during the low season on all holidays. Park facilities include heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 9 hole golf course, sports facilities, bar, club and entertainment, childrens club There are themed breaks throughout the year.
The Park caters for families with children and people of all ages.

Directions: Exit at junction 1 of the M27 to Bournemouth signpost "New Forest Lyndhurst". Take the A35 from Lyndhurst to Christchurch. Approximately 7.5 miles from Lyndhurst you will see a signpost for Holmsley. Take the next turning on the left on to the B3058 signpost New Milton, Wootton, Sway, Bashley. Through the village at Bashley Cross roundabout take the first exit. Hoburne Bashley can be found 2nd left turning.
