Campsite Description: Riverside offers touring and camping facillities from March to October and welcomes tents, motorhomes and caravans. The main touring area is level with some shady pitches and another area is very gently sloping. Riverside provides free showers and toilet facilities and has electric hook-ups, a launderette and enclosed wash-up area.
Description of Area: Riverside Holidays is set amongst green fields on the edge of the picturesque olde worlde village of Hamble, with its many welcoming pubs and restaurants. The park overlooks the Marina and River Hamble and appeals to country lovers who enjoy walking, fishing and sailing. Riverside is also an ideal base for those attending the renowned Southampton Boat Show, Cowes Week or the Hamble Week Regatta. In addition, the New Forest is close by and other attractions include Paultons Park, Beaulieu Motor Museum, historic Portsmouth and Winchester.
Description of holiday hire accomodation: Riverside Holidays offers you a choice of luxury self-catering accommodation which can be booked on a weekly or shortbreak basis. There are exclusive pine lodges and luxury caravan holiday homes, including a specially adapted unit for the disabled visitor and their family. All accommodation is fully equipped with all you need to ensure your comfort at any time of year, including Christmas and New Year.
Prices: Self-catering accommodation is available from £261 to £810 per week. Touring pitches from £14 to £30 and camping pitches from £12 to £25 (per night per unit with up to 2 persons). |

Directions: Leave the M27 at junction 8. Follow the signs for Hamble, taking the B3397 passing the Tesco Superstore on your left. Continue on this road through the traffic lights until just after the Hound Road roundabout, then take a left into Satchell Lane. Riverside is approximately 1 mile down the lane on the left-hand side. |
