Description of caravan storage: Welcome to Fairwood Leisure Storage. Established in1992 in a semi rural location, our 'purpose built' facility provides safe, secure storage for Caravans, Motor homes, Boats, Trailers and Cars. Our facility has the benefit of CCTV, electronic gated entry and security lighting all of which is surrounded by a 2.4m high security fence topped with razor wire. There are also Water and Electricity points provided on the site for the purpose of vehicle maintenance and repair. All pitches are on a level hardstanding surface and are spaced at 3m centres allowing good access to the caravans without having to pull them of their pitch. The facility has the benefit of good access to the main road and is located less than 5mins from the Motorway network. Proprietors live on site.

Other Information: The site is a fully approved, purpose built Storage Facility consisting of a 6 acre site, 3.5 acres of which have been developed to provide a hard-standing surface for the storage of Caravans.
The remaining area is allocated to a combination of security measures such as ponds and ditches together with general landscaping around the perimeter of the site.
The Storage area is fully secured by means of a 2.4m high chain link fence which is topped with razor wire. Site security has been enhanced by the construction of substantial earth mounds with mature bushes / trees around the perimeter of the site thereby restricting the entry and exit from the site to a single controlled access point.
Additional security is provided by the presence of a Guard Dog and, since the proprietors live on site, there is always a warden in attendance.
The hard-standing consists of a flat and level area containing individually marked storage pitches at 3m centres thereby providing good access to the Caravan without having to remove it from its pitch.
Water and Electricity points are provided on the site for the purpose of maintenance and repair.
The facility has the benefit of good access to the main road and is located less than 5mins from the Motorway network.

The facility is situated a quarter of a mile (approx.) along Radcliffe Road on the left hand side of the road
